As Data Quality Specialist you guide our PIM users and internal customers through our governance, processes and quality gates.

You support our stakeholders in product data maintenance work, create training content and tutorials and drive our data quality to next level.

In cross-functional team you define new processes and new governance rules to improve our data quality.


What you'll do:


  • Managing Knauf product data full lifecycle / quality circle
  • Defining improvement measures for data quality
  • Prioritizing data quality issues in product data board
  • Coordinating global product data quality with markets and central stakeholders
  • Quality checks and testing of product information in our PIM system for global product information
  • Supporting local markets regarding global data quality standard
  • Exploring, visualizing and dashboarding quality of product data
  • Preparing dashboard tutorials and implementing webbased trainings for markets and key central stakeholders
  • Preparing and implementing internal and external product data audits

Who you are:


  • Prior experience in data management, stewardship & data quality improvement
  • Proven analytical and solutionorientated thinking
  • Experience in user support
  • Experience in conducting web tutorials and seminars
  • Fluent in written and spoken German & English
