- Actively searching for new partners, service providers, and solutions to encourage innovation and value generation.
- Guiding diverse teams to introduce inventive procedures and negotiate external cost reductions effectively.
- Concentrating on real-world evidence (RWE) and digital health initiatives, including digital health, data intelligence/RWE, and diagnostics.
- Building and nurturing connections with current and potential suppliers.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and regional purchasers to recognize and mitigate sourcing risks.
- Aligning stakeholders' needs and expectations with selected service providers.
- Master's degree or Diploma in business administration and/or pharmacy and/or chemistry.
- Several years of sourcing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in contracting and supplier relationship management, ideally knowledge in Real World Evidence and Digital Health related categories.
- Specific market intelligence and sourcing experience in GxP-relevant categories are required.
- Knowledge of demand management, market and supplier analysis, due diligence, risk management, and key performance indicators such as total operating costs, savings, net present value.
- Open-minded, motivated, persuasive, and perseverant personality with outstanding internal and external relationship management skills and willingness to take on responsibility.
- Able to relocate to Western Europe.
