Operations Director, AMCS Germany - EHS/ESG

Job overview

The Operations Director is responsible for developing and executing on the Group's vision and strategy to ensure the successful performance of the EHS/ESG business, developing maintaining client relationships and facilitating continued growth in revenue and operating income for AMCS.

Key responsibilities

Provide the leadership necessary to fully integrate Quentic into AMCS group, create an organization structure that effectively serves the needs of the customers and AMCS
Identify opportunities for cost synergies across the business to drive continued EBITDA growth
Develop and implement tactics to deliver on the Group's strategies and annual goals to support and expand current operations and deliver overall financial performance.
Responsible for clearly communicating Group strategy to the local management team; providing feedback regarding tactical operations including budgeting, goal setting, and managing performance; following organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.

Education and Qualifications

Proven experience in an Operations Management position (5+ years) preferably in a medium sized Software company within the German market.
Bachelor's degree in related field

Personal characteristics

Ability to understand business drivers and objectives, and to translate those into business and operational plans that can be successfully delivered upon.
Energetic, enthusiastic, excellent communicator with a highly accountable leadership style.
Results focused and metric driven with excellent analytical abilities.
Good business acumen and the welldeveloped decisionmaking capability
Team oriented mindset with excellent mentoring skills
The role may up to 20% travel
