WHAT YOU'LL DO:


We are seeking a strategic
HR Business Partner to take on an essential role in fostering team and organizational development across various functions, with a special focus on enhancing talent development within our vibrant work environment.

In this role, you'll act as the primary liaison for line managers and function heads, becoming a key figure in aligning HR initiatives with departmental goals to stimulate functional growth and refine talent management processes.

Your responsibilities will include enabling managers, guiding talent development strategies, and providing proactive advisory in career development, with your insight being crucial to shaping our BST team for optimal performance and success.

Here's how you'll drive transformative change in the various departments:


  • Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and function heads, acting as a key interface between HR departments and business units. Your role will streamline communication and ensure effective collaboration across the organization.
  • Oversee the development of talent acquisition, retention strategies, and functional development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You'll play a critical role in workforce planning and talent strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with departments to tailor career development programs, conduct regular talent assessments, and manage the performance review process. Your insights will guide career progression and talent pipeline management.
  • Guide compensation strategies and bonus processes, ensuring they're tailored to performance metrics and organizational objectives, fostering fairness and transparency.
  • Lead or participate in strategic HR initiatives, catering to both global and local needs by driving projects that serve the wider organizational objectives and directly fostering talent development within the BST Team.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):


  • A university degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in people/talent management roles focusing on development
  • Independence, strong judgment, and the ability to execute both defined and ambiguous tasks
  • Strong organizational and development skills, paired with excellent multitasking abilities and collaboration across diverse teams and geographies
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills and project management skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with key software tools (e.g., Outlook, Trello, Slack, PowerPoint, Excel)

YOU'LL WORK WITH:


In your strategic capacity, you will serve as an advisor to BST function heads, reporting directly to the CE Human Resources Director.

Your role is designed to be a collaborative one, where you will act as a sparring partner to the CE HR BST Leadership, engaging in high-level discussions and decision-making processes.


As a member of the CE BST HR Department, your involvement will be multifaceted, requiring close coordination with Talent Acquisition, Career Development, Projects, and Learning and Development teams.

Your contributions will be essential in driving the strategic HR initiatives across the organization, ensuring a seamless integration of talent management and development practices into the broader business strategy.
