AGC Biologics sucht derzeit zur Unterstützung des Bereichs "Quality Control/Chemistry" am Standort Heidelberg ab sofort in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) und unbefristet einen:

Technician QC Stability (m/w/d):

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Probenorganisation und Logistik von Stabilitätsprüfmustern unter GMP
Analyse von Biopharmazeutika mit unterschiedlichen Analysetechniken: Ph. Eur. Methoden (z.

B. Visuelle Untersuchung, pH, Leitfähigkeit), Spektroskopische Protein
- und Aktivitätsbestimmung (z.
B. UV/Vis, ELISA, Acitvity Assays), Reinheitsbestimmung von Proteinen (z.
B. SDS-PAGE, HPLC).- Durchführung, Dokumentation und Prüfung von Analysen im GMP Umfeld

Anforderungen:

Erfolgreiche Ausbildung (z.

B. CTA, BTA, Biologielaborant oder gleichwertig) oder Bachelor-Abschluss mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld- Gutes praktisches und technisches Verständnis für methodische Fragestellungen- Kenntnisse im Bereich Proteinanalytik- Berufserfahrung im GMP-reguliertem Labor ist von Vorteil- Englischkenntnisse, Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und sehr gutes Organisationstalent- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
