Then be part of our Lead Management Team that is driving the conversion of all customer activities (digital and non-digital) to tangible project opportunities for Infineon.

In the Digital Customer Interaction Team, Lead Management is bringing together all the pieces of the puzzle to improve the overall experience of customers with Infineon.

We are farmers of existing activities and programs as well as explorers of new opportunities and we are looking for an additional member to join our team

In your new role you will:

  • Be part of the
    new Lead Management Team **in Digital Customer Interaction Engagement Marketing
  • Get the opportunity to join a
    young, innovative team that is trying to push the boundaries

Run the tool supported day-to-day business through initiatives and exchange with the
global Sales and Marketing community of Infineon
-
Explore new ways of guiding customers along their journey through workshops and projects

  • Be responsible for
    developing and contributing to regional Lead Generation, Nurturing and Qualification initiatives around the world:

  • Work on the strategic project that completely re-thinks Lead Management at IFX from the ground up
    focusing on the end-to-end process, technology and behavior:

Spear heading the implementation of the new global Lead Management process


You describe yourself as an individual who likes to take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in advance.

You are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high priority.

Furthermore, you have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company and treat co-workers, employees, and partners with trust and respect.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A
    degree in Digital Marketing ,
    Business Administration or corelated areas
  • At least 13 years'
    experience in Sales, Inside Sales
    in environments like B2B, SaaS or D2C or Business Development and Process Management**:
  • Affinity
    for Digital Marketing, Data and Tools like Google Analytics, Eloqua, Confluence, Tableau

Worked with digital campaigns before:terms like customer journey ring a bell and you already had touchpoints with Sales Teams in any form as a plus

Proficient experience with MS Office tools , such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint

  • Passion for fast learning and handson mentality
  • Team spirit
    with a positive attitude and energy to drive topics on your own

Very good communication skills in English, German would be an added advantage
