Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth **is looking for you to join the team as soon as possible as our new

Tiger Chief Engineering - Process Master for Tiger MKIII (d/f/m).

The department
Tiger Chief Engineering is allocated within Airbus Helicopter's design office and is accountable to lead and manage all Engineering activities in the frame of Tiger development activities until qualification/certification of the product.

The main activities within the department are l eading and steering all Tiger development activities inside Engineer, being the focal point of Engineering for Program, Support and Service, Industry and Customers.

We harmonize technical solutions with the costumer and we generate engineering quotations for new Tiger evelopments or upgrades.

The department is also accountable for all engineering deliveries for the Tiger Projects with regards to schedule, quality, performance and costs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Coordinating and structuring the activities by:

Removing impediments
Helping to support and develop selforganization
Coaching the team on rules and methods (e.g. agile methods)
Supporting their continuous improvement ( Suggesting, supporting and mastering of improvement projects inside the MAS, Being the focal point of the MAS for development improvement projects)
Taking care about team accountability
Ensuring "retrospective" is performed
Organizing Quarterly Planning ( Generating feature booklets, Driving the quarterly planning, Harmonizing with various stakeholders, Animating the arbitration, Supporting defining priorities)
KPI organization and follow up for reviews etc.
Having the link to other process masters inside and outside of the Tiger MKIII Chief Engineering teams
Supporting the mastering of the project management tools to master the schedules, deliveries, risk and opportunities, workload, etc.
Supporting the Chief Engineering and the associated SQUAD leaders in the day to day follow up of the status of their activities
Supporting implementing and ensuring an agile organization setup
Supporting the Chief Engineer (MAS/ Project leader) for mastering the day to day activities

Desired skills and qualifications:

Completed master's degree in engineering (aerospace engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering or comparable) with additional relevant experience and further education;

Alternatively:
Completed bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience and further education

Several years of professional experience in engineering and project management
Knowledge of helicopter engineering, project management, agile work methods, accountability
The following completes your profile : Able to c ommunicate and influence, team spirit and teamwork, synthesis and analysis, problem analysis and resolution, management and leadership
Language skills: English business fluent; German desirable
Regular business trips inside Europe could be required
