Launch your career as a
Trainee in
Chemistry for assignments e.g. at our

Burghausen or
Munich site
starting in October 2024.

Our 18-month trainee program will introduce you to various departments and opportunities for development and integrate you into our day-to-day business.

Your responsibilities

Quickly acquire a broad range of expertise in the areas of vulcanized silicone products and polymeric binders and additives; develop an understanding of the markets, accumulating knowledge of our customers, technologies, products and competition
Identify new technical requirements and trends in our core markets, especially with an eye to sustainability
Develop new ways of approaching solutions and processes for work sequences and organization
Advance a variety of projects in the fields of silicone, polymer or organic chemistry (research, production, marketing, etc.)

Your qualifications

Outstanding performance in the completion of a Ph.

D. in chemistry

International experience (study abroad, etc.) and enjoy networking
A project mindest and a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork
Excellent German and English (level C1) skills
Willingness to travel for domestic and international project assignments
