- Du agierst als IT-System Professional (m/w/d) für zugeordnete Online-Services im Gesundheitswesen und arbeitest hier eng mit unserem Produktmanagement und der Produktentwicklung zusammen.
- Dabei übernimmst Du den vollumfänglichen Betrieb der Services, inklusive Steuerung der Komponenten und Rechenzentrumsleistungen und der Überwachung unserer Systemlandschaft.
- Deine zielstrebige und zuverlässige Art erlaubt es Dir, Dich proaktiv um den SLA-konformen Betrieb zu kümmern und notwendige Maßnahmen selbstständig einzuleiten. Ebenso siehst du Automatisierungspotential und erarbeitest Automatisierungen selbstständig.
- Außerdem hältst du die betriebliche Dokumentation aufrecht.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer unterstützt Du darüber hinaus externe und interne Kundinnen und Kunden im Rahmen des 3rd Level Supports für deine Services.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, z. B. als IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d), IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), Netzwerkadministrator (m/w/d), oder bringst eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit.
- Du verfügst über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im rechenzentrumsbetrieb, einschließlich Verkabelung, Racks und Stromversorgung.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hardware wie Server, Cluster, SAN, Firewalls, Gateways und Switche.
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke und TCP/IP.
- Praktische Erfahrung mit Betriebssystemen wie Linux und Windows Server.
- Vertrautheit mit Virtualisierungstechnologien wie VM-Ware und Kubernetes.
- Zuverlässige sowie gewissenhafte Arbeit bei systematischer und kundenorientierter Vorgehensweise zeichnet Dich aus.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
