- Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktionsplanungsprozesses in Verbindung mit Auftragseinlastung und Sales and Operations Planning (SnOP)
- Ausrichtung der Teams bezüglich Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Materialbeschaffung, sowie des Bestandsmanagements und der Fertigungssteuerung
- Bereichseigene Prozesse und Systemabbildung weiterentwickeln und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen identifizieren und erfolgreich implementieren
- Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Schnittstellen in weiteren Funktions- und Unternehmensbereichen, wie zum Beispiel den Bereichen Commercial und in das Corporate Planning Team
- Navigation in der Matrixorganisation
- Teamleitung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Abgeschlossenes, mindestens vierjähriges Hochschulstudium im technischen und/ oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich, mit Schwerpunkt auf Materialwirtschaft oder Logistik
- Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung von Managern und deren Teams
- 10-12 Jahre Erfahrung in den genannten, relevanten Bereichen (wir sind offen für Bewerbungen von Kandidaten, die nicht aus der Medizintechnikindustrie kommen)
- Erfahrung im Sales- und Operationsplanning
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Materialwirtschaft, im Speziellen von Investitionsgütern in Klein- und Mittelserien
- Kenntnisse in SAP oder einem anderem ERP-System wünschenswert
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
