Beschreibung

• As Application Specialist, provide training and guidance on the use of our molecular diagnostic products with handson training on protocol implementation in customers' laboratories;
• Be the technical expert for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting activities at customer site (territory);
• Ensure troubleshooting and documentation related to our products incl. servicing (use, installation and maintenance);
• Work closely with the Sales and Technical/Product Management teams to carry out assigned tasks;
• Ensure proper documentation is filled and monitored as per relevant instructions and company quality system;
• Provide analysis, feedback and recommendations on product failure trends and product improvement requests and trends from interactions with customers in the field;

• Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Biology, Medical technology or related fields;
• Interest in lab automation beneficial;
• Good written and verbal communication skills;
• Customeroriented culture and skills, communicative, solutiondriven individual;
• Good autonomy as a field based individual contributor;
• Proactively reporting and respectful of administrative processes;

• High flexibility and travelling at the core of the position mainly Europe

• Report to the Head of Sales;
