- eine individuelle Pflegeplanung erstellen, durchführen und evaluieren
- beobachten, erkennen und beurteilen des Zustandes und der Veränderung im Verhalten und Befinden von Bewohnern
- die Bewohner motivieren und anleiten, eigene Fähigkeiten zu erhalten oder wieder neu zu erlernen
- die Pflege dokumentieren (vereinfachte Dokumentation mittels SIS)
- für Aktivitäten und das gemeinsame Feiern von Festen sorgen
- den Kontakt zu Angehörigen bzw. Betreuern pflegen
- unsere Auszubildenden praktisch anleiten
- eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft m/w/d in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Altenpflege sowie in der Betreuung von dementen Menschen von Vorteil
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Seniorinnen und Senioren
- Großes Engagement sich für die Belange der Bewohner einzusetzen
