We are looking for a working student in
Business Process Management and Automation (M/F/d)
to support the process automation space, driving automation projects, process improvement and service management of process and automation tools.

What You Will Do

You will assist in identifying and developing automations including Power Apps, Power Automate and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
You will take over project management tasks around process automation projects
You further support in developing our sustainable business process initiative, enabling the BayWa r.e. Group to further implement sustainability in their daily activities
You must be passionate about technology and sustainability to push business transformation towards a full digital and sustainable business

What You Bring

Ongoing Master's Degree
Duration: at least one year
Strong interest (and possibly first experience) in process automation, business process management, sustainability management, innovation management or change management
Selfmotivated, organized and capable of handling own responsibilities and tasks to successful completion in a fastpaced, digital environment
Excellent communication as well as facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with a strong handsonmentality
IT and system thinking skills combined with a proven problemsolving mindset
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (a plus: German)
A plus: first experience in Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) or other process automation tools
A plus: BPMN 2.0 or similar practical expertise
