In order to manage current and future projects,
Airbus Helicopters Donauwörth is looking for
you as our new
Proxy PLM Product Owner (d/f/m) for
Support Engineering Methods & Tools - TechData Production Tools.


The Support Engineering Operations department is responsible to elaborate together working methods and associated solutions.


For supporting our TechData Business during the steps of authoring, validation and publication of their manuals, we are looking for a
Proxy PLM Product Owner (d/f/m).



Main activities:


As Proxy Product Owner, your role is to manage a subset of the scope of PLM Product Owner including the production tools of the IPC (Illustrated Parts Catalog), MSM (Manual of Scheduled Maintenance) and Illustrations.


Maintenance & Project:


  • Analyses Business needs
  • Contributes to the preliminary feasibility study and solution definition
  • Provides regular figures/KPI and qualitative analysis on her/his product
  • Adopts a continuous improvement approach by following up her/his KPI
  • Contributes to the IM Master Plan preparation by providing required elements on her/his product (e.g. budget, scope, planning, priorities ).
  • In charge of the Maintenance and Project management on her/his product by following up: Budget (pricing, budget request and follow up), Detailed Planning, Risks and Opportunities
  • In charge of defining and manage User Acceptance Tests scenarios, together with the Business

Support:


  • Ensures transversal support management by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. IM, Business, other Product Managers, SupportDoc, editors )
  • Is accountable for User Support / Bug fixing
  • If needed / In case of newcomers for instance, in charge of any training key user could require

Management tasks:

Manages suppliers for all activities sub contracted under his/her responsibility


Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Master degree in IT or similar
  • More than 5 years in IT and Digital Project Management
  • Stakeholders Management
  • Project Management
  • Good understanding skills in IT area
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Sense of leadership
  • Team spirit
  • Language skills: Fluent in English AND German; French is a plus
