In order to accomplish this we need to understand our players and have effective processes to incorporate their feedback into our product development and marketing efforts.

    As a Player Insights Manager in the Brand & Marketing Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to create and execute research programs for our live and new games, with the aim to offer actionable insights to various stakeholders from different teams. We're seeking someone who is passionate about the idea to level up everything we do by finding new insights and data points to back up our assumptions, as well as defining tools, methodologies and quality standards for the Player Insights craft.

    About the role

  • Analyze and monitor the market and competitive landscape for actionable insights
  • Research plans: Work with stakeholders from different teams to find the answers to their questions
  • Methodology mix: Ensure the right methodologies are used at the right time efficiently
  • Own qualitative and quantitative research projects for deep audience understanding (surveys, focus groups, interviews, social listening)
  • Ensure key findings are shared across teams and departments
  • Design surveys and analyze results for actionable insights
  • Design, moderate and analyze focus groups, interviews and playtests
  • Define and set up tools, methodologies and quality standards for research programs at Wooga. Establish relevant processes
  • Continuously explore new ways to improve Player Insights as a craft (tools, methodologies) and identify areas for further research
  • Own larger scale projects, like annual player surveys and ongoing motivational player segmentation
  • Proactively create and present reports based on existing and ongoing insights, e.g. player sentiment of our games
  • Create top-line summary reports and recommendations for teams and senior management

    • About you

  • Relevant experience in Consumer Insights with good knowledge of brand positioning, marketing efficiency and product development
  • Proven experience in advising marketing and product teams, and measurably improving marketing and business results through player insights
  • High proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain findings to people from different backgrounds and levels, to make them actionable
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical skills
