Während Deines dualen Studiums lernst Du verschiedene Abteilungen und Aufgabenbereiche von Xerox und unseren lokalen Vertriebspartnern kennen. Ein Schwerpunkt hierbei wird die Mitwirkung in unserer Vertriebsorganisation sein, indem Du unter anderem
Du wirst von Anfang an in die jeweiligen Teams und Arbeitsprozesse integriert und übernimmst frühzeitig Verantwortung. Das theoretische Wissen für Dein Handeln eignest Du Dir einerseits in der Berufsschule und andererseits an der Hochschule für Oekonomie und Management (FOM) in Düsseldorf an.
Was zeichnet Dich aus?
Dein Abitur bzw. Deine Fachhochschulreife hast Du mit gutem Ergebnis abgeschlossen. Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch liegen Dir besonders und das zeigt sich auch in den Ergebnissen. Die digitale Welt und deren Möglichkeiten begeistern Dich und elektronische Geräte, Cloud, Apps & Co. sind Dir nicht nur durch Spiele vertraut. Idealerweise hast Du auch erste Praxiserfahrung in vertrieblichen, kaufmännischen oder/und IT-Bereichen gesammelt, z. B. durch ein Praktikum, durch einen Nebenjob oder ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten. Neuen Situationen und Menschen begegnest Du offen und neugierig. Zuverlässigkeit und Selbständigkeit sind Deine Stärken. Du bist kontaktfreudig, kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team.
