Your mission:

Support in operational business like talent acquisition
Collaboration in administrative tasks (onboarding processes, creation of certificates and employment references as well as offboarding processes)
Collaboration in special projects of the People & Culture department

Your profile:

Enrolled student (M/F/d), preferably specialising in human resources/human resources management or comparable
Initial practical experience in people & culture management an advantage, also at a recruiting company
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Discretion and sensitivity in dealing with confidential data
Very good written and spoken English skills, additional German skills preferred
Confident handling of MS Office
