We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to solve some of our clients' most complex problems—and find solutions that keep our nation safe.

As an Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD)Plans and Policy Planner, you'll provide strategic air planning and professional knowledge support to a component Air Force Division.

Synchronize Air Component, Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) plans and programs with strategic and theater plans and guidance to align with Command and U.S.

European Command (EUCOM) theater and campaign objectives.

Analyze and design theater and contingency air operational and contingency plans supporting the client. Prepare recommendations and facilitate the development of U.S. and multi-national solutions, including contingency crisis action planning and operational execution tactics, techniques, and procedures supporting EUCOM assigned missions.

Support multiple end users in the European theater by synchronizing programs and plans across various directorates, Wings, Program Offices, and Major Commands.

Use Air Force and joint operational doctrine and publications, provide analytical support for developing operations plans, policy, and procedures for Air Force and deployed forces supporting air component operations, activities, and investments in the AOR.

To support future IAMD roles and missions, coordinate and make recommendations for developing emerging IAMD Tactics, Techniques and Procedures.

Provide analytical support for creating and staffing air component policy and plans, including building high-quality graphics, documents, briefings, and products suitable for senior leader decision-making and approvals.

You Have:


  • 3+ years of experience with IAMD in contingency and operational planning at a major staff or component headquarters such as Army, Air Force, or Navy
  • Experience with developing, writing, and articulating multinational objectives
  • Experience with producing seniorofficerlevel presentations, briefings, and background papers
  • Experience with creating and editing detailed and researched strategic documents and plans designed to coordinate and execute theater and regional operations and exercises
  • Ability to take the initiative and solve problems and provide expert advice on complex issues related to theater operations, investments, and activities
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:


  • Experience with analyzing international policy and security regarding air and missile defense
  • Experience with AIRCOM staff
  • Experience with EUCOM force structure and DoD component commands
  • Experience in the Intelligence community
  • Knowledge of the European Theater of Operations plans, exercises, and threats
  • Knowledge of the DoD planning, programming, and budgeting processes and the Joint requirements development and approval process
  • Master's degree
  • Military Advanced Studies Graduate
