Whether assisting our guests at check-in or gate locations, our Customer Experience Specialists play an important role in ensuring that our flights are ready for a secure and on-time departure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer checkin
- Assist customers at the ticket desk
- Handle customer queries at checkin, ticket desk and gate desk
- Support guests with special needs
- Assist preboarding guests and provide information on flight schedules and routes
- Act as Ground Hosts and Hostesses
Qualifications
- High school diploma or academic equivalent
- Ticketing knowledge is an asset
- Experience in a similar role is an asset
Working Conditions:
- Right to live and work in Germany without restrictions.
- Permanent Part-Time position (20 hrs/week) based at Frankfurt Airport
