Tasks & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Organize and lead the Envipco Engineering team, providing clear project goals, timelines, and resources.

Project Management: Collaborate with Project Managers to define project scopes, start and end dates, and allocate resources efficiently.

Process Definition: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline work processes, enhancing clarity and accountability within the team.

Team Development: Manage employee salaries and career plans, fostering an environment for continuous improvement and growth.

Alignment with Corporate Goals: Align individual career goals with corporate objectives, ensuring both employee and company success.

Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in team architecture, tools, and product development processes for increased speed and efficiency.

Effective Communication: Regularly update the CTO on key issues related to people, products, and processes with concise and prudent communication.

Technical Oversight: Review the technical work of the Engineering team, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and driving product excellence.

Product Validation: Ensure thorough validation testing to guarantee that products meet customer requirements and deliver exceptional value.

Profile:

Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering; Master's degree preferred.

Business Leadership: Professional training in business and leadership; MBA preferred.

Experience: Several years of experience in product development, project leadership, and people leadership.

Expertise: Wide knowledge of current best practices in product development methodologies and processes.

Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a positive and motivating attitude.

Self-Motivation: A self-motivated, driven, and accountable leader who excels in a team-oriented environment.

Language Skills: Excellent English language skills required; additional proficiency in German, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Dutch, or Norwegian is highly appreciated.
