Your areas of responsibilities:

Creation of IE concepts for the areas of child car seats, prams, runners, child furniture, etc.
Product ranges from high technical Airbag Car Seat, Ultra Compact Light Weight Buggies over Electrical Driven Prams, etc.
Ensuring that project / department milestones / goal are met and adhering to approved budgets
Maintain and update knowledge for all manufacturing engineering processes
Designing all processes for manpower and programs and monitor all productivity and ensure compliance to all safety standards
Preparing strategies to reduce labor and cost wastage in all engineering projects
Assist implementation of new products/processes within the manufacturing unit
Preparing material and equipment lists, cost analyses, and estimated production costs
Designing control systems to minimize costs and production issues
Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades
Control the continuous further development of the area of industrial engineering by implementing modern and innovative production principles (KVP, 5S, etc.)

Your profile of qualification:

Bachelor's degree of industrial engineering or comparable technical education / degree in mechanical engineering/production engineering or comparable training
Min. 5 years of experience within production environment in a process engineering area
Good knowledge in the areas of automation technology, metal process technology
Experience with P-FMEA, REFA, Production Strategy, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, etc.
Experience with simulation software and mechatronics would be an advantage
High technical skills and understanding
Experience in CAD Software ProE Creo or comparable
Very good at using MS Office (Teams, Excel, Office)
Strong communication skills
Teamplayer with handsonmentality
Fluent in written and spoken English
Willingness to travel
