Aufgaben:


You will lead the global operations team with a clear focus on scaling the organization, developing the supply chain as per NCAs growth strategy and driving operational excellence across all operational aspects.

The global operations organization covers engineering, strategic and product procurement and with that the steering of a lower three-digit supplier and partner network.

This includes as well the build-up and development of all NCAs manufacturing sites, the supervision of our module yard partners, the management of our global erection and commissioning hubs as well as the sales and operational planning/controlling team.

You will report directly to NCAs executive board.

You will closely align with the product business line heads to ensure delivery of products as scheduled and to provide resources to staff customer projects as well as product development programs and other initiatives.


Your responsibilites include:

  • Ramp up, develop and manage the operations organization covering engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, erection and commissioning as well as the sales and operational planning team.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and manufacturing footprint in alignment with the NCAs goals and objectives.
  • Optimize operational processes, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with division and department heads on a global level to ensure seamless coordination and integration of operations across all functional areas.
  • Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a diverse and global team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, innovation, cultural collaboration and accountability within the operations division.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing strategies to minimize their impact on business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

Profil:


  • At least 10 years experience in international operations management including engineering, manufacturing and operational excellence preferably in a fastpaced growth business.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and address operational challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively combined with a solid level of resilience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Indepth knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement methodologies, and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Fluent in English, fluent in German welcome but not a must.
  • Effective communication and global cultural skills.
