Working Student / Internship Business Development for our venture in the Asian Market (M/F/d)

Your tasks:

Together with you we want to create and shape the future by developing our venture in the construction sector. Starting from our footprint in China, we want to expand to other countries and build a customercentric business with a substantial footprint in the Asian market over the next years. As a Working Student, you will be working closely with our team in Germany and China to conduct research, capture data and prepare strategic decisions, elaborate strategic options and define growth plans.

During the employment, your tasks will include both strategic and operational levels and will be diverse and varying from time to time:

You actively shape the future of REHAU New Ventures by accompanying and supporting the growth of our venture, that has been successfully established in the Chinese market
You create a concept for a comprehensive growth strategy, including options for quickly expanding to new pointsofsales via strategic partnerships
You independently conduct market analyses and competitor research in the construction industry and provide recommendations for action
You contribute your valuable knowhow and perspective to our project team

Your qualifications:

You are currently enrolled in university, ideally in a Masters course in business/economics or any similar field of study

- deally you are a student with experience in the Asian Markets and experience with business development from previous internships

You are a teamplayer and highly motivated to shape the future of venture building for REHAU New Ventures
You have experience with project management, market analyses, partnership management and/or M&A
You are openminded, enthusiastic and driven by an entrepreneurial spirit
You speak English and German fluently, a further Asian language is a plus
You are proactive and open to give and receive constructive feedback

Start in May 2023 / at the next possible date, for at least 6 months with 16 to 20 hours per week for the working student position or for at least 3 months full time for the internship - voluntary or mandantory internships are possible.
