What you'll do & Who you are

  • At Kleinanzeigen, we are on a mission to bring the joy of sustainable trade to everyone by enabling our organisation to deliver a reliable user experience and iterate fast.
  • As we transition and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach & Change Agent (d/f/m) who can harness the best of program & project management, change management, and agile practices to drive endtoend value within our businessfacing unit, propelling Adevinta to the next level.
  • About the role
  • In this role, you will mainly dedicate your time to the business unit, joining a team of 7 dedicated Agile Coaches and collaborating with a broader network of Agile coaching and change practitioners within Adevinta, fostering a supportive and empowering community of practice.

  • As an Agile Coach & Change Agent, you will:
  • Primarily focus on one business unit, dedicating most of your time to driving end-to-end value for our business-facing customers and collaborating closely to enable a successful transition that takes Adevinta to new heights.-
  • Coach, mentor, and teach individuals, teams, and the entire organisation to succeed in a constantly evolving environment, delivering value towards company objectives and customer satisfaction.-
  • Drive transformation by integrating program & project management, change management, and agile practices, leveraging the best of each approach to enhance the organisation's adaptability and effectiveness.-
  • Embody leadership and expertise in Agile values and principles, facilitating meaningful interactions and enhancing the organisation's capacity to navigate risk and uncertainty confidently.-
  • Enable teams and individuals to create sustainable impact and value by focusing on fixing issues, not people, and fostering a healthy work pace.-
  • Lead and provide Agile expertise and materials to teams and individuals across the organisation, promoting Agile thinking and practices for self-driven success.-
  • Facilitate impactful interactions that increase the organization's capacity to adopt and manage risk and uncertainty, offering personal and group coaching with a systemic approach.-
  • Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and principles of "Start where you are" and "Stop starting, Start finishing", empowering teams to achieve their full potential through self-organization and autonomy

Your profile:

  • Min. 45 years of professional experience in an agile environment at a fastgrowing and evolving organisation, with a solid background in program & project management and change management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of agile methods (OKR, Scrum, Kanban) and excellent facilitation skills (remote, hybrid, onsite).
  • Strong organisational development and change management skills, with experience driving transformation at the enterprise level.
  • Passion for helping teams achieve high performance and creating a positive work environment.
  • Experience coaching crossfunctional teams and adapting your approach based on feedback, context, and situation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficient in English; German is a plus.
