As the Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a crucial role in managing the CRO's schedule, communications, travel logistics, and events.

You will be responsible for coordinating complex calendars, drafting and sending communications, organizing meetings, and providing exceptional support to the CRO and clients.

Your proactive mindset and excellent organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, and your fluency in German and English will enable effective communication with global clients.

You might also join the CRO on business travels, showcasing your dedication to providing top-level support.


What will you be doing:


  • Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management as well as content and flow of information between senior executives, maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information
  • Manage the CRO's travel logistics and activities, including accommodations and transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements
  • Support in drafting, reviewing and sending internal and external communication as well as plan events to promote effective collaboration and foster relationships with key stakeholders
  • Support weekly and monthly sales and pipeline reporting, providing accurate and timely data to support decisionmaking
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CRO, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Organize and prepare the meetings, attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and coordinate followups to ensure effective communication
  • Provide support in preparing and scheduling client meetings and events, including gathering information and client intel to ensure the CRO is fully prepared
  • Utilize your excellent interpersonal skills and empathy to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Educational background and experience working at the global level, preferably with Clevel executives and clients.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English in written and verbal form
  • Willingness to join business travels with the CRO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the role
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • A proactive mindset, anticipating needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and taking initiative to drive results
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and empathy, able to connect with people at all levels of the organization and build effective relationships with key stakeholders
