Your tasks

DB Schenker is seeking a new Head of Brand Management (*). In this position you will be responsible for managing the global DB Schenker brand and marketing project activities.

You will lead a small team of experts at the Global Competence Center Brand Management, providing guidance for the Marketing and Communications organizations in the Regions and Clusters around the world, and further developing the brand in terms of positioning and creative campaigns.

Through your activities you will contribute significantly to the corporate success of the global DB Schenker brand and campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Brand management in accordance with marketing plan: Further develop our unique brand positioning, and define and implement DB Schenker selling propositions for campaigns in a creative and inspiring way
  • In close collaboration with other Marketing & Communications Global Competence Centers and creative agencies, develop, manage and evaluate global campaigns that highlight the core messages of DB Schenker
  • Installation and further development of Corporate Design Manuals & definition and implementation of a Tone of Voice
  • Further create and deploy a Brand Asset Pool / Artwork Library for use in advertising across all channels
  • Define, develop and monitor persona strategy and corresponding messaging, media and channel strategies
  • Enable, support and monitor implementation of Corporate Identity and "onbrand" activation for Business Units, Vertical Markets and Regions

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, graphic design, brand management, marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in a comparable position
  • Strong leadership skills in managing a team focused on brand management and creative campaigns
  • Extensive experience in traditional and digital B2B marketing management
  • Indepth understanding of Corporate Identity dynamics and tools for global enterprises
  • Strategic thinking, problemsolving skills, and strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in commercially oriented digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams
  • English proficiency, German and additional European languages are desirable
