Your Tasks

Interact with individuals from various organizations to generate exemplary practices for local benefit initiatives. These endeavors encompass areas such as fisheries, local supply chains, workforce development, and community engagement. All actions should be undertaken with the supervision and guidance of the Local Benefits Project Manager.
Demonstrate autonomy and proactiveness in conducting interviews and creating content based on collected data.
Maintain and amend repository (SharePoint based) as the classification evolves; pay attention on user friendliness and intuitive way of laying out information.
Demonstrate proactive behavior and the capacity to discern additional examples that can be highlighted through conversations with individuals during information gathering processes.

Your Profile

You are currently enrolled, preferrably in business studies, renewable energy masters, sustainability related studies or even political science studies
Excellent proficiency in English is required as the collection of examples will be conducted on a global scale.
Keen interest in the offshore wind industry and a solid understanding of offshore wind project development processes.
Understanding of project management tools is advantageous
