We are looking for a highly motivated and open-minded student intern, who is willing to work on a wide range of projects to support the Global Change and Project Management Team within Global People Strategy & Transformation.

Global Change and Project Management is responsible for designing and implementing our new Center of Excellence for Change Management Practices within Human Resources (HR).

Your Job

Support our team with strategic HR global initiatives
Prepare convincing and coherent data, presentations and information for different stakeholders
Use your editorial skills for our internal and external communication channels such as Intranet, Viva Engage, Service Now, LinkedIn in English and German
Participate actively in research about current and innovative people and cultural trends

Your Profile

You are a student of psychology, economics or humanities, ideally completed Bachelor's degree
You are strongly interested in the areas of change and project management as well as data analysis and presentation
You are highly motivated and able to work under your own initiative and within global a team
You are flexible and resilient to work simultaneously on diverse topics and projects
You have an open and communicative style
You have excellent knowledge of the English and German language to communicate with the team and to assist with internal and external communication

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
