Your Tasks:

As SC Controller you will act as a business partner by supporting the execution in the current business processes and you will also drive the end-to-end analytics approach within a cross-functional team together with Procurement & Manufacturing Controlling.

You will generate the right transparency through business modelling and analyzing the impacts on the KPI's and its seamless integration into the exiting KPI's by working with the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities within Global Supply Chain Controlling:

Provide management reports on SC KPI's and own the process of review and reporting these SC KPI's like Service, FCA, stocks, waste, DCS, SC GE, WOC and assortment.
Analyze the business performance and give transparency to risk and opportunities + engage with stakeholders to drive actions / improvements
Working closely with Regions and HQ SC stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of information of the current KPI's and develop new insights
Act as a link between SC operations and the IT to understand the reporting needs of the function and work actively with technical experts to bring them into action.
Implementing fundamental planning and reporting processes, KPI setting, including further development and optimization
Support and lead projects in cost management and optimization of business processes, especially in Logistics Controlling and SC Analytics
Maintain and enhance BI Supply Chain reporting and planning systems
Adhoc analysis to support decision making

Your Profile:

If you are a team player with a strong personality and excellent communication skills, then you are a perfect match for our powerful team.

A degree in engineering or business administration, ideally majoring in Supply Chain and/or Finance or Controlling
Agility, flexibility, and proactivity
Selfdriven continuous improvement mindset and stakeholder management capabilities
Distinct skills in communication, presentation, and methodologies, assertive and convincing in a role with high exposure
Strong numerical reasoning and highly developed analytical skills
Selfreliant with strong organizational skills and project management experience
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and IT tools and processes in SAP ERP (FI/CO) and BI Reporting, first experience with Power BI helpful
Experience in a subsidiary + International experience working abroad
Fluent written and spoken English
