Our Germany branch (Tianshi GmbH), located in Berlin, is currently seeking Interns in Cutstomer Service.

Tasks


Internship Overview:


As a Customer Service Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to various aspects of our customer service operations.

This hands-on experience is designed to develop your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and understanding of customer service excellence in a real-world setting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
  • Assist with additional customer service projects as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Tianshi's networks across Europe via online and offline channels
  • Organize, prepare and actively participate in events, meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:


  • Very good knowledge of German and English
- strong communication skills
- excellent online/offline marketing skills

  • Active, motivated team player; able to work independently
  • PC skills with the MS Office package
