Berge-Wohlde in Lower Saxony, Germany.

This position is
permanent and
full-time.


These will be your key areas of responsibility:


  • Participation in ensuring smooth operations related to seed intake, processing, storage, and loading.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to legal requirements as well as procedures and work instructions within the applicable quality management system.
  • Assistance in promptly and accurately generating samples for raw, seed, and finished products in compliance with professional and legal standards.
  • Conducting cleaning tasks and minor maintenance activities.
  • Documentation of all goods movements in accordance with legal requirements and considering the quality management system.
  • Checking and monitoring all machinery regarding maintenance and repairs.

Bring in your strengths:


  • Completed vocational training, ideally in the agricultural or technical field.
  • Technical understanding and a driver's license for Class B vehicles.
  • Forklift license and plant protection certificate are desirable.
  • Basic PC knowledge; experience with SAP warehouse management system is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal German skills.
  • Reliable and independent work style, combined with strong communication skills and teamwork.
  • Flexibility in working hours, willingness to work shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends during the summer months.
  • Readiness for occasional international travel.
