YOUR TEAM:

Within the domain "Intelligent Cockpit & Body" you will be part of creating one future cross-brand, standardized infotainment and body platform of the Volkswagen Group.

Having you in our team, you will unfold expertise in customer-centric software development for infotainment and body functions in the car, mobile and beyond.

As a Domain Cloud Architect in the Navigation Development team you'll be in charge of the architecture of our location-based services.

By making use of our extensive fleet data, you'll be able to identify our customer needs and improve their navigation experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Design and build scalable, fast and secure cloud services
Develop our cloud infrastructure and functions for our next locationbased services
Be endtoend responsible from the concept to the deployment
Help us achieving a high quality standard with test automation and test driven design
Maintain and Monitor our services run time behavior to detect and prevent errors at an early stage during development and on the field.

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed study in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, electrical machine control or a comparable course of studies
8 or more years of professional experience
Be handson when it comes to implementation (Go, Python, Java )
Fast and creative to find solutions in an complex system architecture (cloud, onboard, online)
Good knowledge of cloud platforms, architecture and tools, as well as in TDD and CI/CD
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
