Task description:
Overall responsibility for the advisory packages of the contractor (quality and deadlines)
Coordinating and ensuring communication with GIZ-WE project, partners and others involved in the project.
Personnel management, identifying the need for shortterm assignments within the

available budget, as well as planning and steering assignments and supporting local and
international short-term experts.

Support WE project in identifying national and international highprofile events relevant to

the project's focus on empowerment of women and PWDs.

Support the Economic Advisor in economic analyses for business cases.
Regular reporting in accordance with deadlines

Qualifications:

Education/training: University degree (German 'Diplom'/Master), in one of the

following:
economics, development studies, governance or international development

Language: C2level language proficiency in English
General professional experience: 7 years of professional experience in the development sector
Specific professional experience: 5 years in project management
Leadership/management experience: 5 years of management/leadership

experience as project team leader or manager in a company

Regional experience: 5 years of experience working in South Asia
