- Responsible for all stages of the employee Lifecycle of a predetermined employee group and ensure day-to-day HR operations e.g. maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations)
- Proactive delivery of expert guidance to employees, including leadership, on all HR-related areas such as labor laws, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
- Independently carrying out all relevant HR actions and topics in constructive and trusting cooperation with the employee representatives
- Actively contributing to the improvement and execution of HR procedures and policies
- Actively participate in regional or global HR projects and initiatives
- Support the HR Director or HRBP at the strategic level to provide tailored solutions for the organization's success
- Analyze and provide comprehensive data on staffing levels, forecasting, and budget planning
- University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualifications/education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, certification as HR Professional)
- Solid experience in HR operations
- Solid knowledge in labor and employment laws and collective bargaining agreements
- Experience working with a works council preferred
- Proficient in Workday & Microsoft 365
- Fluent in German and English
