Your contribution:

Act as an advisor in all HR related matters and be responsible for the entire employee life-cycle, providing comprehensive HR support and expertise across various areas such as recruitment, performance management, and legal compliance.

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for all stages of the employee Lifecycle of a predetermined employee group and ensure daytoday HR operations e.g. maintain employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations)
Proactive delivery of expert guidance to employees, including leadership, on all HRrelated areas such as labor laws, performance management, compensation & benefits, and organizational development
Independently carrying out all relevant HR actions and topics in constructive and trusting cooperation with the employee representatives
Actively contributing to the improvement and execution of HR procedures and policies
Actively participate in regional or global HR projects and initiatives
Support the HR Director or HRBP at the strategic level to provide tailored solutions for the organization's success
Analyze and provide comprehensive data on staffing levels, forecasting, and budget planning

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualifications/education (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, certification as HR Professional)
Solid experience in HR operations
Solid knowledge in labor and employment laws and collective bargaining agreements
Experience working with a works council preferred
Proficient in Workday & Microsoft 36
Fluent in German and English
