We are looking for a product design & product management assistant who supports and works very closely with our head of design.
You will be involved and follow up with various of our upcoming collections and get an insight of a start-up fashion brand.
-Your tasks:_
-
Supplier contact and communication:stay up-to-date with collection developments, samples and packages. Send reminders to suppliers and report to our head of design

Administrative tasks: create Excel-files and other documents with given product related information, set up meetings etc.

Small design and graphic projects: create graphics and small products according to the instructions of our head of design

Sampling Process: follow up with Samples, attend fittings, Sample Feedback documentation and organization

Your profile:_
- BA or related qualification in fashion/texile or graphic design
- 35 years work experience or experience in the same or similar position
- Skilled in Illustrator and Photoshop
- Excel Skills
- Perfect German and English written and spoken language skills. Any other languages are a great plus
- Strong and friendly communication skills
- Fast learner with a strong selfdrive
- Highly organized and structured work routine
- Work in our office in Frankfurt
