Job Description:

Within the Corporate Controlling department in the headquarter, we support business units and international wholesale entities in the successful implementation of our commercial strategy 'sCore'.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

Providing reports, analytics and conclusions on Pricing mechanisms with a special focus on METRO's strategic instrument 'Buy More Pay Less'
Identifying levers and opportunities as input for the Central Pricing Organization to further develop METRO's Pricing approach
Maintaining and reviewing of standardized Pricing reporting
Providing insights on the impact of customer group and channel developments in the context of Pricing to accelerate our sCore transformation journey
Supporting groupwide concept development and maintenance of profitability tracking
Identifying and enhancing international best practices regarding profitability management

Qualifications:

You hold a university degree in Business Administration with specialization in Controlling, Accounting, Finance or a similar area with extraordinary success
You possess excellent analytical and strategic competencies which help you to quickly understand complex interrelations
You have profound knowledge of Pricing and commercial processes
You look back on 6+ years of working experience in controlling, preferably international experience in wholesale or retail
You demonstrate impactful consulting and presentation skills, which makes it easy for your counterparts to follow your line of argumentation
You balance an independent working style with a team player attitude.
And finally: You are a selfstarter and have clear career ambitions
