Für unser Team suchen wir am Standort Köln ab Juni/Juli einen Projektcontroller (m/w/d) in Vollzeit. Sie haben Teamgeist, arbeiten gerne eigenverantwortlich und analytisch? Ihre Aufgaben:

- Sicherstellung der Planung und Nachverfolgung aller Projektkosten und -ressourcen
- Anfertigung von Budgets, Ist-Analysen und Forecasts sowie regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Projektmanagern und dem Vertrieb
- Erstellung und Interpretation von Abweichungsanalysen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Steigerung der Transparenz und Effizienz der Projekte mithilfe von Analysen aus dem ERP System (SAP)
- Unterstützung des Chancen
- und Risikomanagements innerhalb des Projektmanagements
- Kaufmännische Beratung von Entwicklungsingenieuren und Technikern
- Unterstützung des Reportings hinsichtlich des gesamten Projektportfolios sowie Durchführung von verschiedenen betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
- Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Controllinginstrumente und Prozesse, insbesondere für Fragestellungen des Vertriebs
- und Projektcontrollings; inkl. Konzepten, Methoden und Tools zur Standardisierung des Projektcontrollings und des Projektmanagements
- Unterstützung bei der Kalkulation von Produkt-/Dienstleistungspreisen

Sie bringen mit:

- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, vorzugsweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Finanzen / Controlling oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ergänzenden Fortbildungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektcontrolling und Projektmanagement eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise in der Automobil
- bzw. Automobilzuliefererbranche
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für komplexe technische Projekte mit einer hohen Affinität zu Zahlen sowie die Fähigkeit, Kennzahlen und Zusammenhänge transparent darzustellen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung moderner Reporting-Tools
- IT-Affinität, sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (Module FI/CO und/oder SD/PS) und in MS EXCEL/PowerPoint
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägter Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, eine exakte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität

We are looking for a Project Controller (M/F/d) to be part of our research and development and works motorsport team in Cologne, Germany.

Your tasks:

- Ensuring the planning and tracking of all project costs and resources
- Preparing budgets, actual analyses, and forecasts, as well as regular coordination with the responsible project managers and sales team
- Creating and interpreting variance analyses and deriving recommendations for action
- Increasing transparency and efficiency of projects using analyses from the ERP system (SAP)
- Supporting the opportunity and risk management within project management
- Providing commercial advice to development engineers and technicians
- Assisting with reporting on the entire project portfolio and conducting various business analyses for corporate control purposes
- Developing and optimizing our controlling instruments and processes, particularly for sales and project controlling, including concepts, methods, and tools for standardizing project controlling and project management
- Supporting the calculation of product/service prices
- have a degree in business administration or industrial engineering, preferably with a focus on finance/controlling or completed commercial training with additional qualifications
- have several years of professional experience in project controlling and project management in an international industrial company, ideally in the automot
