Loyalty Partner is an international provider of loyalty management solutions and offers with PAYBACK one of the worldwide leading multichannel marketing platforms to its customers.

The other subsidiary Loyalty Partner Solutions supply all the tools and services needed to implement customer loyalty programs. The company has a workforce of over 1000 employees. It is headquartered in Munich, with subsidiaries in Austria, Italy and Poland.

As part of American Express, Loyalty Partner is the centre of expertise for marketing and couponing platforms within the Group.

The position is to be filled from for 60 or 80 hours/month for at least 1 year.

YOUR TASKS

You coordinate various contract and risk management topics with stakeholders from different departments
You independently handle review and approval processes within our contract management system and assist in its further development
You support the continuous improvement of our operational data protection processes in our data protection management software
You create monthly reports for transparent communication. You assist our team in daytoday operations with various projects in the field of risk and contract management
You have ample opportunities to contribute your own ideas and actively contribute to the ongoing development.

YOUR PROFILE

Enrolled student, ideally in a business, legal, humanities, or similar field of study
Ideally, some prior work experience through internships, preferably in the field of contract management
Structured, independent, and reliable work approach
Proactively contribute own ideas for continuous process improvement
Strong communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
Familiarity with common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
