Responsibilities:


  • Commercial support for customers
  • Carrying out mailings to sales partners
  • Creation and maintenance of customer master data, conditions and preparation of offers
  • Complaint processing and internal followup
  • Control and monitoring of pricing processes, blanket orders and credit management
  • Updating and maintaining data in the CRM system
  • Support of the OKS webshop
  • Planning, organisation and support in the implementation of events for sales partners, trade fair appearances, internal sales meetings and sales campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing and Technical Service departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience in the relevant field
  • Experience in customer service in a manufacturing company
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Business fluent in English, further language skills would be an advantage
  • Customer and solution orientation
  • Sociability and good manners
  • Ability to work in a team, openness and loyalty
  • This is a parental leave replacement
