Your role:


This individual is a strategic partner and a tactical implementer, collaborating with our Global Solution Owners to support the execution of our functional strategy by leading enterprise enablement activities and driving strategic communication related to priority HR initiatives.

They will develop and execute comprehensive enablement and communications strategies for key initiatives, changes, and updates, that effectively convey information, build understanding and promote adoption among stakeholders (HR team members, leaders and the larger employee-base).

Content and resource generation, along with project management and facilitation of enablement sessions fall within this person's scope.


This individual will also act as a strategic business partner for two-three of the teams within our Human Resources organization.

With that, they will become immersed in the projects and priorities of those areas, providing support from an enablement and HR-for-HR communications perspective.

They will also provide executive support for the respective leadership team member, counseling on both internal and external communication activities.

This person will work in close collaboration with our Global Communications colleagues to align on internal and external strategic communications plans.


Additionally, this person may be involved in event logistics, HR-for-HR communication and engagement activities as well as analysis of our internal channel data and metrics (HR-for-HR Comms).

This role has global reach and, as such, this person should be comfortable working across geographic boundaries.


This role requires someone who has a strong sense of accountability, can work independently, drive projects to completion, and work well with clients from across the business and around the globe.


Who you are:


  • 710 years' relevant experience
  • Experience in HR enablement/programming is absolutely necessary
  • Strong writing skills are absolutely necessary, in both German and English
  • Strong background and skillset in strategic communication planning absolutely necessary
  • Experience working with media, specifically in Germany, absolutely necessary
  • Experience working with csuite executives as a messaging partner/advisor is absolutely necessary
  • Business fluent English absolutely necessary
  • Bachelor's degree required
