The HR administration for DHL Data & Analytics is managed by DHL Consulting's HR team.

Our HR Team consists of 10 team members, taking care of HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Personnel Development and HR Administration.

With over 130 consultants stationed across three offices in Germany, Singapore, and the USA, our consulting teams work on projects spanning the globe.

Consequently, we are looking for a

Specialist HR Management (d/f/m) in Bonn, who will join the HR team at DHL Consulting, but will focus on HR management for DHL Data & Analytics. Discover the best of both worlds and leverage the exciting experiences for personal and professional growth

Main responsibilities:


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for HR management topics and provide highquality HR services to employees, such as onboarding, handling adhoc requests, supporting the yearend process, and managing outphasing procedures.
  • Independently create a wide range of documents, such as employment contracts, employment certificates, or letters of reference, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update various lists and systems to ensure accurate and uptodate data for generating comprehensive reports.
  • Drive all HR guideline topics such as T&E reimbursements or sabbaticals.
  • Identify support needs and manage relevant relationships with specialist departments.
  • Act as a key liaison and interface with various departments, such as Payroll, to ensure seamless coordination and accurate processing of HRrelated information and data.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support the implementation of various initiatives aimed at improving HR processes, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in administration and contract management or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office, esp. Word & Excel.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Structured approach and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
