WHAT WE OFFER

The CEO (Chief Executive Officer) Community looks after Covestro's strategic direction and development and also has responsibility for corporate culture.

All steering functions fall under its remit, as well as Innovationsmanagement and sustainability.

Your internship will take place in the area of "Sustainability Ratings, Reporting & Social Responsibility" where the topics of Sustainability Reporting, ESG Ratings and Rankings, Human Rights and Donations are managed.

We manage sustainability issues that cover all business entities and are relevant to Covestro as a whole.

During this internship:

You will work on strategic sustainability issues for Covestro in various areas of the team, gaining a broad experience in the area of sustainability and social topics
In particular, you will support the strategic development of our sustainability reporting, materiality analysis and sustainability indicator review and support in ESG Ratings
As a full team member, you will support projects in the area of sustainability and will get the chance to independently supervise your own subprojects
Your tasks will include the execution of research and analyses, project management, creating (senior management) presentations and communication materials
Further, you will be responsible for developing and executing sustainability communication and play a leading role in the management of Covestro's internal global sustainability community
You support us integrating sustainability into our business processes in order to live up to our stakeholder's expectations and our own values

WHAT YOU OFFER You have already gained relevant work experience, e.g., through other internships Experience with data visualization tools (z.
B.

PowerBi) as well as initial insights in agile working methods is a plus- You have a pronounced interest in sustainability issues- You exhibit the following working-style characteristics: analytical, structured, highly self-motivated, communicative, and enjoy working in a team- You have an excellent command of German and English (B2 or better), both written and spoken- A German working permit is required.

In addition, you must have a valid certificate of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship
