Location:

Job Description:

The Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect carries the ultimate responsibility for meeting the customer requirements and completing the project and be comfortable in all aspects of delivery.

Capable of switching between leading customer facing functional workshops and a group of functional consultants and business analysts, managing development teams, either customer based or CLIENT's Microsoft Business Applications Practice centric onshore and off-shore teams, working with project and programme managers to effectively report on progress and risks and issues - to liaising with both internal and customer senior stakeholders - adjusting the approach and language as required for each interaction

Requirements:

Ability to act as a functional lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as functional capabilities.

Leads functional workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.

Ability to act as an interface/integration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities.

Leads integration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.

Ability to act as data migration lead and able to demonstrate clear approach to methodology as well as technical capabilities.

Leads data migration workshops with customers, documents requirements and designs appropriate solutions.
Act as development lead and able to demonstrate a wide range of development skills. Be a strong advocate for adherence to standards and best practice. Understand the capabilities of the development team and schedule their work appropriately, providing support and assistance when needed.

Provide required technical support to our customers during Dynamics 365 CRM implementations working with Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Architects on hybrid projects.

Mentor junior staff, sharing knowledge and experience to ensure that the team grows in experience and effectiveness.
Write and review high level and detailed architecture documentation.
Create Solution, Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project.
Design, develop, review and test customized code for Dynamics 365 CRM.

Additional Requirements:
At least 5 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365
Fluent German language skills
Proven experience as either a technical lead, technical architect, or solution architect with Dynamics 365
Exposure to Visual Studio Team Services or other similar enterprise planning and delivery tools
Expert knowledge of at least 4 of the following modules: Sales, Service, Marketing, Social Engagement, USD, PSA, Field Service or Portals
Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the operation of a sales, marketing, and customer service departments within an organization
