Tasks

Your areas of responsibility

Responsibility for the market presence in the sales area
Expansion and optimisation of existing customer relationships
Active acquisition of new customers
Systematic expansion of our market position within your territory
Turnover and sales planning
Creating market analyses
Trade fair activities
Monitoring market and competitive activities
Close cooperation with the internal sales team and relevant departments
Planning and documentation of your activities with the help of a CRM system
Maintenance of master data in the databases

Requirements:

Profile:

Completed training in the commercial field, a degree in business administration or technical studies, as well as experience in field sales combined with a willingness to travel
Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the technical field
Experience in the transportation vehicles (railway, buses) and/or dairy industry (milking equipment) is an advantage
Very good knowledge of English and German (both minimum B2 level), both written and spoken
Passion for sales, you enjoy actively approaching new customers
Good communication skills and a convincing manner in dealing with customers
Negotiation skills and strong capability of closing deals
You have a good understanding of the business context
Driving licence
