Responsibilities:
- Shall be point of contact and owner of automation support.
- Shall be Managing team queues in Service Now.
- Shall be Managing small/medium team size of operations engineers to handle issues in the platform or issues with the items delivered by the platform including Stakeholders management from operation perspective.
- Bottomline of operation which comprises small/medium size support team management to distribute work in various support model of 24*7, 16
- Bottomline of operation to ensure guiding & mentoring team to achieve SLA compliance & customer satisfaction and delight.
- Bottomline for operation support reporting (leveraging ServiceNow Report & Dashboard) to different stakeholders.
