YOUR ROLE:


  • Implement packaging data of new finished goods and changes of existing finished goods, promotional articles within Adhesives Technologies
  • Introduce technical specification in SAP once the packaging components are developed and validated
  • Manage packaging components developments related to trade marketing promotional activity (e.g., bipacks and floorstands displays)
  • Execute packaging's scope tasks within the artwork management process
  • Interact and collaborate with stakeholders in different Business Units, with whom assess marketing requirements and agreeing product/pack profiles and set attainable timescales and coordinating the introduction of new standard and promotional packaging into full production
  • Plan and perform the needed actions to guarantee business' time to market goals by interacting and collaborating with your peers in the GPM Implementation Team, as well as with your counterpart in the Global Packaging Technology and KAM Packaging Team to guarantee the proper execution of the projects
  • Follow the guidelines to achieve the departmental group goals, in line with global AOM Packaging Engineering strategy

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Completed training in the field of packaging technology, printing technology or similar, alternatively a comparable technical course of study; or demonstrated experience in the area of competence
  • 3 years of relevant work experience including experience in project management as well as with common project management methods
  • Analytical, conceptual, and innovative way of thinking and team player attitude
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical issues even across different functions and international teams
  • Fluent English language skills
