To support our Compensation & Benefits - Global Mobility team, we are looking for an intern or working student for a period of 6 months as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

Support in the planning and organization of international assignments for HUGO BOSS employees
Assisting in the redesign of guidelines and processes for international assignments and localizations in Germany
Conducting analyses and preparing presentations, communication and training materials
Administrative support for the team

Your profile:

You have a degree in economics or a related field or have already successfully completed your studies
Confident handling of MS Office
You have a quick perception, a structured and responsible way of working
A precise and analytical approach is just as much in demand as commitment and initiative to contribute your own ideas
You have a very good command of written and spoken English
