Teamlead (M/F/d) Digital Plant Engineering:


  • WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • You lead a team of 10 employees in the area of Digital Plant Engineering
  • Together with your team, you will develop the digital roadmap for the Remscheid production site
  • You will be responsible for all digital projects in your area with the goal of continuous digitization of production and logistics processes
  • You are involved in the further development of all relevant processes and methods with your knowhow
  • You will lead your team, taking into account constantly increasing and changing requirements, and align it with a digitized future of the plant
  • Furthermore, as a service area, you will work closely with your customers in the form of workshops or similar and work as a project manager on optimizing production and logistics processes in the digital environment
  • WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
  • You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or automation technology or a comparable qualification as a technician
  • Ideally, you have very sound professional experience in the production environment
  • You are already active as a project manager or already have disciplinary management responsibility
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German and English
  • You have good MS Office skills
  • You round off your profile with strong communication skills, commitment and the ability to work in a team.
