Hauptaufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten:

- telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen;

  • Beratung der Kunden zum FedEx-Produktportfolio;
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Übernahme des Beschwerdenmanagements;
- proaktive Bearbeitung von Serviceabweichungen und Information der Kunden;
- individuelle Lösungsfindung zu Kundenanfragen.


Anforderungen:

- strukturiertes, kunden
- und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten;

  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke;
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen;
- erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (zB Bürokaufmann/frau, Kaufmann/frau für Dialogmarketing) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation;
- sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
